As a Mobilus member, you have access to not only CrossFit but various specialised classes to augment your training needs.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program originally used by elite athletes, military special forces, law enforcement and fire fighters. Now it's available to everyone. CrossFit workouts use a combination of weight lifting, body weight and aerobic exercises set to challenge your body to adapt and perform in more ways than before. Each workout is designed to improve your capacity in ten domains, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, stamina, strength and speed.

The result of that is holistic fitness and renewed vitality.

Pre-Requiste: Must complete MobBasics.

“This is your on ramp program to secure the basics of CrossFit”

Throughout the 10 class sessions, you will go through necessary CrossFit Fundamental movements, from Weightlifting to Gymnastics. Dedicated coaches will assess you throughout to gauge your readiness before entering CrossFit class.

Some of you could be way fitter than you think! By coaches’ assessment, should he feels you already have the basics and more, you can join CrossFit class sooner! 

Though as a beginner and young to the sport, we still want you to PLAY! As a MobBasics member, you are still eligible to book for our MobEco specialized classes:

MobCon, MobRow, MobMovement, MOBility.

  • 10 Rowers Orchestra
  • Learn better rowing techniques
  • Understand the rowing monitor to manage your strokes per minute

“60 minutes of PURE Strength class, tailored towards increased power output. You will learn better form to lift heavier weights.”

Think:

  • A 1-hour strength-building class. 
  • Tailored towards increasing your brute strength and power output. 
  • Learn proper form and techniques that will enable you to lift heavier loads safely and efficiently. 

 

Barbell strength training incorporating:  

  •  The classic Power lifting movements (Squat, Bench Press, Dead lift)  
  • Accessory barbell movements to develop core and upper-body strength (Shoulder Press, Barbell Row) 

 

Strongman training: 

  • Weighted sleds
  • Tyre flips 
  • Odd Objects carry

MOBility

“Stretch and Stretch! We follow ROMWOD (Range of Motion Wod), astretching video tutorial to guide you to better mobility”
